Return Policy for Nuvella

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be in its original, unworn and unused condition with tags still attached.
• The product must be in its original packaging.
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your return request, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the product back. Returns will only be accepted after the return request is approved.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you find the item to be damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at gethelpherestore@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

• Personal care items, like beauty products, cannot be returned.
• Custom products, such as personalized items, are not eligible for return.
• Hygiene products such as cozy wear items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.

Sale items and gift cards are not returnable. Please contact us if you are unsure about whether your item qualifies for a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is by returning the original item and placing a new order. Once we accept your return, you can place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
